Are these okay for my 2 year old?

100%! Our Danny the Dinosaur Electric u Shaped Toothbrush is suitable for children from the ages of 2-6. We also offer a replacement head for ages 7-10 and our traditional style 'Long Neck' toothbrush replacement head. This is specifically for our Danny the Dinosaur toothbrush,

Do you sell replacement heads?

We sure do! We sell our U Shaped replacement heads for ages 2-6 and 7-10. Check them out in our Accessories collection.

 

How long does Karl the Koala Classic U-Shaped Toothbrush last?

The great thing about the our U -Shaped toothbrush is that the heads are removable so you are able to take them off to clean them. You're also able to sterilise them to get rid of any nasties and pop them back on!

They last as long as you need them to! 

How Do I Clean my Classic U-Shaped Toothbrush?

They are super easy to clean! You can wash them under warm running water and also remove the head to steam/sterilise it - so you're able to keep using them longer than a traditional toothbrush!

Can my 10 year old use your toothpaste?

They sure can! 😁 Our toothpastes contain 1100ppm fluoride — that’s the minimum level recommended for children aged 2+ — so they’re perfectly suitable for growing smiles.

Depending on your child’s individual needs, your dentist may recommend a toothpaste with a higher fluoride level for extra protection. The good news? We’re already working on adding those options to our range soon, so watch this space!

Payment

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept the following credit cards: MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover. We also accept Shop Pay, Paypal and Klarna if you feel like paying in installments. 

Where is my refund?

We aim to process refunds within three days of an item being returned to us or confirming a refund. Please note, however, that your bank may take several days to process the payment back into your account. With that said, please allow up to ten working days after posting the item back to us before getting in touch about your refund. We’ll contact you by email to let you know when your refund has been processed.

Ordering and delivery

Where is my order confirmation?

This is automatically sent to your email address when you place an order. If you haven’t received your order confirmation within 24 hours, please get in touch at hello@lilsmilers.co.uk or our 24/7 customer chat on our website just in case there’s a problem with your order. Please check your mailbox’s spam or junk folder before contacting in case the order confirmation has been diverted there.

How do I cancel my order?

Oh no! We're sorry you want to cancel your order - but if you do need to - please get in touch with us within 12 hours of purchasing - as we do post our orders out the next day - by sending an email to hello@lilsmilers.co.uk. Once we receive your email, we will confirm that you would like to cancel the order and we will issue a refund.

However, if you get in touch after the 12 hour window, then you will have to wait for the item to arrive and then return to sender or send it back (postage paid by yourself) and then once we receive it we can issue you a full refund.

 

Can I amend my order?

Sadly, we’re unable to modify your order once we’ve started processing it. If you need to order a greater quantity or an additional product, please place a new order online.

However, if you'd like to take something off of your order, please get in touch with us at hello@lilsmilers.co.uk within the 12 hour window and let us know. We can issue you a refund for that item and send out the rest of your order as usual.

When will my order arrive?

We usually send out all orders via Royal Mail 48 hour tracked delivery the following day. Check below (example) to see the timings of how we do this:

If you purchase on a Monday before 5pm we will post your order out on the Tuesday. This is collected before midday and will be processed. So you should receive your order by Wednesday or Thursday the latest.

If you purchase on a Monday after 5pm we will have to package your order the following business day and that means your order will be collected on Wednesday before midday to be processed. So you should receive your order by Friday or Saturday the latest.

Please factor in Sunday as well as this doesn't count for delivery times.

 

Is postage really free?

Yep! Postage is completely free! We use Royal Mail 48 hour tracked service for all of our orders and (I don't know about you) but we love when we order something that has free delivery! :p

Can I track my order?

Yes. We’ll provide updates at every stage of your order, if you purchase our Bestselling Karl the Koala Classic U-Shaped Toothbrush, from the moment you place it, through to dispatch and delivery. In your delivery confirmation emails, you’ll receive a tracking reference which you can use to check the progress of your order online  via the Royal Mail website. 

Other items on our website will be shipped from various warehouses around the country so that they get to you as soon as possible.

How do I return an item?

To return your item please get in touch with us at hello@lilsmilers.co.uk. We have a no quibble 30 day money back guarantee. Depending on what the problem is you may need to arrange and pay for suitable packaging when returning an item.
